This special day of giving is designed to rally our university community, alumni, and supporters worldwide to raise funds for two significant areas of our institution — the Franciscan Center for Social Concern and Club Sports.
Fostering Franciscan Advocacy & Social Justice
As Christians, we are called to love one another.
As Bonnies, one of the ways we do that is through the outreach ministries of St. Bonaventure’s Franciscan Center for Social Concern (FCSC).
The FCSC is Franciscan friars, St. Bonaventure students, and generations of Bonaventure alumni who all serve and live out a Franciscan mission of compassion and mercy. The FCSC is Bona Buddies, Silver Wolves, SBU Food Pantry, Bona Scouts, SBU@SPCA, Break the Bubble, and the Warming House.
Generations of students have cared for others through FCSC outreach ministries. Our advocacy and social justice programs actively work toward creating a more compassionate and just society. Contributions received on Giving Tuesday will further these initiatives by supporting community outreach, service projects, and efforts that align with our Franciscan values. Supporting Club Sports
St. Bonaventure takes immense pride in its thriving club sports community. These teams not only showcase exceptional athletic talent but also exemplify the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and unity.
Get in the game on November 28 and help support varsity rugby and club sports!
Your contribution will aid in acquiring equipment, covering travel expenses for competitions, funding professional development opportunities for coaches and players, and providing postseason opportunities to deserving athletes. Learn more >>
