Hello! My name is Emma Gavazzi, and I am a sophomore student at St. Bonaventure University. I am an English major and a Philosophy, Law, and Politics minor. I am a class senator, a member of student government, a member of the Mock Trial team, a co-captain of the club tennis team, and a coordinator for the Bona Buddies program. We have begun collecting donations for #GivingTuesday, and all proceeds go to The Franciscan Center for Social Concern at Bonas. The Franciscan Center for Social Concern supports multiple different programs that give back to the community, including Bona Buddies. Service is fundamental to the Bonaventure experience, and I am so grateful for the time I get to spend with the kids and mentors at Bona Buddies every week. Bona Buddies is a wonderful program, near to my heart, that allows local kids to make connections with Bonas students, and it is so fun and fulfilling for the kids, mentors, and everyone involved with the program. Without donations from generous people, the Franciscan Center would not be able to do so many amazing things for the community. Any donations help immensely.
