Hello, my name is Chelsea Crowningshield. I am majoring in Inclusive Childhood and Early Childhood Education, BS. During my time on campus thus far, I have been an active participant in Bona Buddies, Silver Wolves, and club volleyball. The Franciscan Center for Social Concern(FCSC)supports various clubs throughout campus with Bona Buddies being one of them. During our time in Bona Buddies we partake in reading, crafts, while also having guest clubs come in and present to local students around the area. As a volunteer in Bona Buddies, it is my goal to provide my buddy with a safe space to feel welcomed and appreciated during their two-hour period each week. The goal of the FCSC is to offer service opportunities to students, granting us the ability to run small nonprofits that give back to the community, allowing us to continuously learn as we serve. Any donation that is made will be used wisely and will be very much appreciated. Thank you for your time and support in helping students learn while giving back to the community.
