The warming house is such a special place and has been a big part of my first two years here at Bonaventure. The warming house is the oldest student run soup kitchen in the country and serves the homeless in the Olean community and surrounding areas. It is important to donate to the waming house because the soup kitchen relies on donations to continue its service. Working at the warming house is incredibly rewarding, and seeing the impact that it has on the community reminds me of how important its function is.
