Hello! 

My name is Catherine McNamee, I'm a senior education major at St. Bonaventure and a student coordinator for Bona Budddies. My sophmore year I began mentoring for Bona Buddies and fell in love with the program, which is why I decided this year to become a student coordinator to help further the success of this wonderful program. 

Bona Buddies helps children in the local areas create meaningful connections with St. Bonaventure students that will impact them for the rest of their lives. The children in the program adore and look up to their mentors so much. St. Bonaventure students are an incredibly positive influence on these children and become someone the children know have their backs. This is a wonderful program that can do amazing things for not only the community as a whole, but a individual childs life.
